Has there been a study done of job loss due to bans or reduction of the use of gas powered leaf blowers. Has there been a study done on the health of gardeners who use gas powered leaf blowers on a routine bases? If yes, what health issue (hearing loss, high blood pressure, asthma, COPD, any other lung or heart ailments) became apparent as related to the use of gas powered leaf blowers?
