We can't allow new internal combustion cars after 2030, if we want LDVs to achieve the industrial world's 2030 climate stabilization requirement. I have done the math. I have done a Plan for LDVs. My work is peer-reviewed. I am disappointed that your staff chose Alternative 3. We have a climate emergency. 5 words: Human survival requires climate stabilization. We have to stop acting like those 5 words are not true.
