As a resident of Los Angeles, I want to express my support for a rapid phase out of fossil fuels and the accelerated goal of carbon neutrality by 2035. This is critical if we are to have any hope of achieving the Paris Climate Agreement and maintain a temperature increase at or below 1.5 degrees. Thank you for considering my comment.
