Thank you for the opportunity to submit comments about the 2022 Scoping Plan Update Initial Modeling Results Workshop. I represent the Mammoth Lakes Trails and Public Access Foundation (MLTPA), a recreation advocacy organization based in the Eastern Sierra. In CARB's study of the regional social costs of carbon, I would encourage you to look at our region's climate change and vulnerability assessment (https://resilientca.org/projects/c1df157c-0117-49b3-8056-296ff7bb786c/). The report analyzes the relationships among the economics, public health, and natural resources of our 17,148 square mile region. MLTPA looks forward to commenting on the draft 2022 Scoping Plan later this spring. Thank you, Rita Keil
