Thank you for this presentation and all of the staff work that has gone into it - a lot of details and a very nice summary of what is currently going on. The Bay Area Air Quality Management District would like learn whether you are going to consider some means for mitigation of emissions of another high GWP fluorinated gas, sulfuryl fluoride (SO2F2). Sulfuryl fluoride is not identified as an AB 32 gas, but it has a very high GWP (CARB uses a GWP (100-year horizon) of 4090). This compound is the dominant fumigant used for termite irradication. All applied gas is emitted within a few days of usage. Application is regulated by the Department of Pesticide Regulation as a neurotoxin, but its emissions are not regulated. Because of its very high GWP, its emissions must be reduced.
