Subject: Clean air planning isn't climate planning.
Comment:
I respectfully suggest the ARB focus on improving air quality in
California, as it has done in the past. No resources should be
spent on "climate planning" what ever that means.

The earth's climate has never been planned or controlled by
mankind. To even suggest that somehow the ARB can control is
absurd.

We don't control how much rain falls each year, or where the jet
stream will move to, or how far up or down the daily high and low
tides will be.

Even the changes in sea level are apparently beyond are abilities
to predict. The sea level at the San Francisco tide station is
still lower than it was for much of the 1990s, and no one in the
entire state government forecast a decline over the first decade of
the 21st Century.

Therefore, for the sake of clarity, the ARB should delete "climate
planning" from its agenda.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
