How will money help people access personal or shared LEVs (like e-mopeds), Neighborhood Electric Vehicles (NEVs), and electric bikes? These types of transportation methods benefit low income Californians and communities of concern more than subsidies for expensive electric cars, which contribute also to traffic and parking congestion, and are unnecessary for many. Will shared e-bikes, LEVs, NEVs, etc., get some benefit to serve low-income Californians and neighborhoods of concern. Thank you, Eli Saddler
