Hello, As a concerned citizen of the state of California, I would like further details regarding mitigation funding, specifically procedures for obtaining appropriations from this fund. I reside in a rural area that has become overwhelmed by particulate matter air pollution from vehicular traffic. This pollution is a hot spot that is not being satisfactorily monitored locally.
