Subject: Increase ZEV Floor Percentage - ZEV Credits

If the state increases its Minimum ZEV floor percentage requirement at a faster rate than 2% per year, then the environment will improve and the state economy will improve at NO cost to the tax payer. California makes its own electricity and a good portion of its own electric vehicles. California imports the majority of its oil and gasoline powered automobiles. Have the auto makers produce electric cars or purchase ZEV credits from manufacturers who do. It's a no-brainer for California. California has nothing to lose. Raise the minimum ZEV floor percentage faster!
