Good afternoon Mark,

 

I hope this message finds you well. On behalf of the City of
Oakland and Mayor Libby Schaaf, I am pleased to submit a letter
providing comment and suggestion regarding Volkswagen's zero
emission vehicle investment commitment, development process and
investment areas. We attempted to submit the letter through your
online form, noting the guidance provided in the meting notice,
which provided a due date for electronic comments (December 16,
2016), but does not provide a specific final time for submittal. As
such, it was our understanding that we could submit comments up
until the end of December 16th, 2016.

 

Please advise – we really hope that you are able to take this
letter into consideration, as it is our intention to provide input
on ways to increase ZEV usage for all Californians. Please let me
know if you have any questions or require additional information
regarding our comments.
