Our company made submission for a hydrogen fueling infrastructure grant in August 2016 We did not find out till Feb 2017 that we did not win the grant here in Fresno. Our CHIT score was very low in Fresno We even had a business case model for a dual station that would accelerate hydrogen fuel usage in Fresno with commercial fueling such as hydrogen forklifts and hydrogen emergency power service units We have now had to go to an option B scenario to dispense hydrogen We were counting on VW settlement to help us for hydrogen station infrastructure I am encouraging decision makers to take another look at where to dispense the funds Hydrogen should receive monies from this settlement I could list 100 reasons why but this is not the platform to do so Thank you
