Subject: VW Settlement must incloude Fuel Cell electric vehicle appropriations

Dear sirs; Fuel cell electric vehicles (FCVs) resolve the same issues as al electric vehicles, but instead of just moving pollution back to the power plant, can eliminate it completely. Please include appropriation for development and deployment of FCVs in the settlement plans. Best regards, John Cornish, PE
