Submit comments: AB 134 Budget Act of 2017 directs the California Air Resources Board and the Labor and Workforce Development Agency to develop procedures to certify vehicle manufacturers of CVRP eligible vehicles as fair and responsible in their treatment of workers. The Agencies are releasing this concept paper on potential procedures for public comment.
