What are the strategies for implementing the LCFS? Are you intending on relying on ethanol, and if so is consideration being given to the negative effects of intensive agricultural production methods? My advice would be to focus on organic agricultural methods for the production of biofuels and in particular blocking dangerous GMO and pesticide/fertilizer intensive agriculture. |
