Hi Michael and David, The Watershed Research and Training Center tried to submit one page of comments on the Draft SLCP Reduction strategy on Friday. A timeout issue with the form caused a delay and we missed the deadline for submission. Please accept this letter if at all possible. We expect that this letter will be the only to combine support for wood markets, existing forest bioenergy power plants, and the inclusion of Black Carbon in the Forest Carbon Plan.
