Please strengthen the proposed
Advanced Clean Cars II


regulation by:


1) advancing the deadline for 100% sale of zero emission Light
Duty vehicles from


2035 to 2030; and


2) establishing limitations on the operation of internal
combustion engine vehicles


(ICEVs) that progressively reduce the vehicle miles traveled
by ICEVs to zero by 2035


in areas designated “severe” and
“extreme” under the Clean Air Act.
