It is not right for any settlement funds to be spent, let alone millions of dollars from the Aliso Settlement, to be used on dairy cows in the Central Valley. That money should be used for mitigating the 2015 blowout and needs to be used in Los Angeles County (where the methane polluted our air) by companies that are providing environmental good (such as solar panels, etc.). Any companies getting these funds should have NO connection to SoCalGas or Sempra Energy in ANY way. |
