California has always lead the nation in clean air technologies and zero emission vehicles. Our approach has been intelligent and fair and technology neutral. This has encouraged new startups, innovation, investments and technologies. The VW electric vehicle infrastructure investment plan must support all electric vehicles regardless of the source of power - grid, batteries or fuel cells powered by hydrogen. The state cannot afford to go blind or get biased resulting in distorting the evolution of the best technologies or combination of technologies to support the growth and health of our great state and nation. |
