1) There is a potential for some of the measures (i.e., the carbon tax) to result in increased construction costs which would definitely impact future project budgets. However, it is currently impossible to quantify the budgetary impacts to Capital Improvement Projects. 2) Currently, there is not a consistent approach or similar level of engagement from the air districts within the State, and the Scoping Plan is silent on what their role will be in the implementation process. |
