It is important that low-income communities are not harmed, and so please consider the impact on them in your deliberations. Use funds generated by AB 32 to invest in "green jobs" training and education programs in low-income communities. Prohibit giving away free pollution credits to companies. Make sure polluters pay the full cost of the pollution they create. |
