**Our current goal of 10% renewable energy by 2010 is contemptible. In the year Green Mountain was allowed (under "deregulation") to sell energy here they exceeded our present goal by about 30%. Since we're supposedly deregulated, why not allow them back? They came through for us as our present monopolies haven't. We need cap & trade. We need (an ISR) to control emissions. |
