You are putting the small businessman of California out of business by creating an overhead that is prohibitive to the ability and budget of most. Many people have gotten rid of their trucks that are made for hauling large loads. Now they are overloading their pickups and trailers. Soon you will have to have weigh stations for honda civics. |
