Dear California Air Resources Board, 

I am writing to ask you to please cancel the Rice Cultivation
Projects Compliance Offset Protocol, and all existing and proposed
Compliance Offset Protocols under the Cap-and-Trade Regulation.
After working in international impact investing for four years,
I've seen that offsets are a false solution to climate change, and
I believe they must be excluded from California’s Global Warming
Solutions Act AB32.
