Funding is needed for Incentives on low GWP systems to increase the adoption rate of these new technologies. Once the adoption rate increases then costs to implement the technologies will come down and replace the need for incentives. As a provider of low GWP systems, Evapco has a major manufacturing plant in Madera, CA that would participate in providing these systems and provide jobs and tax revenue to the state. |
