I would like to bring to your attention that 95357(c) still uses the "emission rate limit" exceedance for a calendar year as limit to be enforced and assessed penalties. Should this be replaced with "emissions limit exceedance" for calendar year? Or simply "Annual emissions limit exceedance" |
