IEUA would appreciate the consideration of the comments provided
in the attached letter on the proposed advanced clean fleet
regulation language. Water and wastewater utilities face unique
challenges as essential public services and IEUA hopes the comments
provided will assist CARB staff in addressing these unique needs in
the regulation language.
