CARB: The LCFS is for transportation fuels where lifecycle analysis are conducted. ZEVs using electricity and a battery to be charged needs to have a lifecycle analysis conducted as part of the LCFS. The attached study conducted by Edgar & Associates based upon several credible European Studies and submitted to CARB on March 24, 2022 is attached. We have asked to meet with CARB staff on this. It's been 11 months and request a meeting with CARB LCFS staff. |
