H Cycle, LLC appreciates the California Air Resources Board
moving forward with the informal rulemaking of the LCFS Program,
the staff presentation regarding potential changes to the LCFS
Program, as well as the opportunity to provide comments to this
process. Attached you will find our comments regarding LCFS Program
changes proposed at the workshop, as well as our comments and
recommendations pertaining to issues of primary importance to H
Cycle, a leading company in the waste-to-hydrogen sector.
