The California Air Resources Board (ARB) staff invites you to participate in a Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) public working meeting that will focus on potentially including alternative jet fuel in the LCFS. The workshop will be held at the following time and location: DATE: Friday, March 17, 2017 TIME: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. LOCATION: Coastal Hearing Room, Second Floor ADDRESS: Cal/EPA Headquarters Building 1001 "I" Street Sacramento, California 95814 This working meeting will be webcast. You may access the webcast at the Cal/EPA’s homepage at https://video.calepa.ca.gov/. During the webcast, we will accept feedback and questions sent via email to coastalrm@calepa.ca.gov. You may participate in this workshop by teleconference by dialing 888-469-0876 (for domestic callers) or 1-517-308-9246 (for international callers). Callers will be asked to provide participant code: 3935848. Please note that international calls are toll calls. The LCFS, a regulation to reduce the carbon intensity of fuels sold in California ten percent by 2020, is one of the measures adopted by ARB, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Sections 38500-38599 (AB 32) to reduce California’s greenhouse gas emissions. It is designed to help clean the air, protect the environment, and drive the development of clean, low-carbon fuels. California is in a drought emergency.
