What's New List Serve Post Display

The Air Resources Board (ARB or Board) will conduct a public
meeting at the time and place noted below to receive staff's
recommendations regarding California's compliance strategy with
recently finalized federal rules to reduce methane and
non-methane organic compounds from existing municipal solid waste
landfills.

This item will be considered at a one day meeting of the Board,
which will commence at 9:00 a.m., May 25, 2017.  This item is
scheduled to be heard on the Board’s Consent Calendar.  All
agenda items on the Consent Calendar – unless removed upon the
request of a Board member or if someone in the audience submits a
request-to-speak card on that item – will be voted on by the
Board at the beginning of the public meeting.

WRITTEN COMMENT PERIOD AND SUBMITTAL OF COMMENTS 

Interested members of the public may present comments orally or
in writing at the meeting and may provide comments by postal mail
or by electronic submittal before the meeting.  ARB requests that
written statements on this item be filed at least 10 days prior
to the meeting so that ARB staff and Board members have
additional time to consider each comment.  To be considered by
the Board, written comments not physically submitted at the
meeting, must be received no later than 5:00 p.m., May 24, 2017,
and addressed to the following:
