Meeting Notice - Promoting On-Farm Composting Insights and Analysis on Regulatory Safeguards and Sector Development. The public is invited to attend a meeting on recent research examining the intersection of regulatory safeguards and the need to promote on-farm composting operations in California. Date: May 24, 2017 Time: 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM Location: CalEPA Building 1001 I St. Room 550 Sacramento, CA For people attending the meeting, please check-in at the CalEPA Visitor’s Center and ask for Bonnie Waltz. The meeting will provide a presentation on California’s regulatory safeguards that protect air and water quality, findings from recent research on the intersection of these safeguards with on-farm composting operations, and an opportunity for questions from the public.
