This notice announces the availability of the California Air
Resources Board’s (CARB) Draft Staff Report on the Proposed
Update to the Senate Bill 375 Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction
Targets and the Draft Environmental Analysis prepared for the
Proposed Targets Update, as well as a public Board meeting on the
Proposed Targets Update and Final EA. 

The Draft Staff Report and Draft EA on the Proposed Targets
Update are available on CARB’s website at:
https://www.arb.ca.gov/cc/sb375/sb375.htm.

Submittal of Comments 

CARB invites comments on the Draft Staff Report and Draft EA
during the 45-day public comment period that begins on June 13,
2017 and ends on July 28, 2017.

Interested members of the public may also present comments orally
or in writing at the three public workshops that will occur
during June 2017.  See workshop notice at:

To be responded to in writing and considered by the Board at a
subsequent public meeting on the Proposed Targets Update, written
comments on the Draft EA must be received no later than 5 p.m. on
July 28, 2017.  Comments on the Draft EA and the Draft Staff
Report must be submitted to one of the following:

CARB will conduct a public Board meeting at the time and place
