The California Air Resources Board (ARB) staff has posted the staff presentation and discussion document for Refinery Investment Credit Pilot Program (RICPP) Workshop on September 14, 2017. The workshop focuses on potential amendments to the RICPP under LCFS to make credit calculations simpler and workable for a wide-range of refinery investment projects.
