The California Air Resources Board (ARB) has revised Advisory
#08-01, which discusses the ARB policy that the manufacture year
of the Transport Refrigeration Unit (TRU) or TRU generator set
may be used to determine the TRU ATCM In-Use Performance
Standard requirements and compliance dates.  The policies have
not changed, but additional examples have been provided to
illustrate several cases that have been brought to the staff’s
attention.  Advisory #08-01 is posted under the “TRU Advisories”
