What's New List Serve Post Display

Assembly Bill 233, Jones (Chapter 592 Statutes of 2007) requires
the Air Resources Board (ARB) to perform an assessment of its
enforcement program for diesel emission control regulations and
to develop a strategic plan for consistent, comprehensive and
fair enforcement of these regulations.  The staff of ARB will
convene two public workshops to discuss the strategic plan. 
The
workshop notice for these events has been posted at
