Cal/EPA Briefing on U.S. Supreme Court Clean Air Ruling

SACRAMENTO – Officials from the California Environmental
Protection Agency (Cal/EPA) will be available to discuss the
U.S. Supreme Court decision today that found greenhouse gases
are air pollutants subject to regulation under the Clean Air
Act. The ruling also means that the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency must reconsider its earlier decision against
regulating carbon dioxide emissions from motor vehicles.
