The Land Use Subgroup of the Climate Action Teamís (LUSCAT) draft
submission to the Air Resources Board and the 2008 Haagen Smit
Symposium proceedings that will be discussed at a May 14th
public meeting in Sacramento are now available.

The 2008 Haagen Smit Symposium proceedings can be found at this

The May 14th meeting is being conducted to provide interested
stakeholders the opportunity to ask specific questions
concerning various elements of the LUSCATís draft report and
Haagen Smit Symposium proceedings in order to prepare for
submitting written comments on the documents by May 21, 2008. 
The meeting is open to the public and full participation by all
parties is encouraged.

This meeting will be held at California Energy Commission
Headquarters in Sacramento and will also be webcast. Viewers can
ask questions during the session via the telephone. The webcast
link is posted at: http://www.energy.ca.gov/webcast/index.html

The call-in number for the audio portion of the webcast can be
found on the agenda posted with the report and workshop notice

be submitted to Jeff Weir of the Air Resouces Board no later than
May 21, 2008, via email to this address: jweir@arb.ca.gov
