What's New List Serve Post Display

The Air Resources Board's (ARB) Vehicle Identification Number
(VIN) Stop Request Application is now available as an online
form. ARB's process to stop vehicle re-registration has been
made available online. Solid Waste Collection Vehicle fleet
owners and operators can complete the request for VIN Stop prior
to selling a vehicle out of state or scrapping it, using the VIN
Stop Application Online Form to prevent a buyer from
re-registering the vehicle in California. ARB recommends the VIN
Stop request be submitted at least one month prior to sell of the
vehicle.  The form is available at
