The first public workshops for the ARB draft regulatory proposal for high-GWP refrigerant management will be held in September. The Air Resources Board (ARB) staff invites you to participate in the first statewide public workshop to discuss staff’s draft regulatory proposal for reducing high-global warming potential refrigerants emissions from stationary refrigeration and air‑conditioning equipment. At the workshop, ARB staff will present an overview of the sector, efforts to date, the preliminary results of emissions inventory, and the draft regulatory language.
