The Air Resources Board has posted a Notice of Public Meeting for
September 25, 2008.  
 The Air Resources Board will consider the adoption of
greenhouse gas reporting and project protocols for quantifying
and reducing greenhouse gas emissions from local government
operations, urban forestry, and manure digesters.  To view a
