TRU ATCM Advisory 08-12 - ULETRU Compliance Extension Awarded for Early LETRU Compliance has been posted to the ARB website. The California Air Resources Board (ARB) has posted Advisory 08-12 explaining how early compliance with the Low-Emission Transport Refrigeration Unit (LETRU) In-Use Performance Standard can qualify for an extension (delay) in the compliance date for the Ultra-Low-Emission Transport Refrigeration Unit (ULETRU) In-Use Performance Standard and describes the application process for getting the ULETRU extension. Advisory 08-12 is posted under the "TRU Advisories" link that appears in the left-hand navigation bar of the TRU website: http://www.arb.ca.gov/diesel/tru.htm. The ULETRU Extension Application Form is also posted at the TRU website.
