ARB staff invites you to participate in a public workshop on November 6th in Sacramento to discuss development of the On-Road Heavy-Duty Vehicle Air Quality Loan Program to assist vehicle fleet owners affected by two proposed ARB regulations scheduled for Board consideration in December. The two regulations include: the Proposed In-Use Truck and Bus Rule and the Proposed Heavy-Duty Vehicle Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Measure. The 2008-2009 FY State budget designates approximately $48 million from year one Air Quality Improvement Program (AQIP) funding to initiate the program.
