The Office of Administrative Law (OAL) has approved the Commercial Harbor Craft Regulation (section 2299.5, title 13, and section 93118.5, title 17, California Code of Regulations). The regulation was filed with the Secretary of State on October 20, 2008, and will become effective on November 19, 2008.
