Remember that starting November 1, 2008, replacement components
for most balance vapor recovery systems must meet EVR standards.
  This is required for gasoline dispensing facilities using both
underground storage tanks and aboveground storage tanks as
provided in Advisory 374.

Note that facilities with a permit to construct to install the
Franklin Fueling/Healy EVR assist system do not need to use EVR
hanging hardware with their existing balance system.  Visit
