The California Air Resources Board (ARB) announces the release
of Request for Proposals 06-343 entitled "Modeling of Greenhouse
Gas Reduction Measures to Support the Implementation of the
California Global Warming Solutions Act (AB32)".

The ARB is looking for a contractor who will assist in the
development of the tools and provide the technical support to
simulate and evaluate the effects of the multi-sector
market-based compliance mechanisms designed to reduce greenhouse
gas emissions in California.

Bid Submittal Deadline:	5/16/2007 at 3:00 PM

Please note: There is an error in the RFP cover letter.  The
secondary evaluation method will be used in this RFP, which
means that the award will be made to the highest ranked/scored
bidder.  The RFP cover letter currently reads that the award
will be made to the "lowest responsible/responsive bid".  Staff
are in the process of issuing an addendum.
