The California Air Resources Board’s (ARB) Regional Targets Advisory Committee will hold a public meeting on March 4, 2009. This meeting will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Hearing Room A (first floor) at the California Energy Commission Building, located at 1516 Ninth Street, Sacramento, California.
