We have posted the announcement letter for the April 1, 2009, public workshop for the Consumer Products Regulation Amendments. The proposed amendments are scheduled to be considered at ARB's June 2009 Board Hearing. You can obtain the letter at the following web address: http://www.arb.ca.gov/consprod/regact/tscpwg/tscpwg.htm The public workshop will be held at ARB’s Monitoring and Laboratory Division Building, 1927 13th Street, in Sacramento. Please see the public workshop announcement letter for teleconference details. At the workshop, staff will present to a wide audience of interested parties, staff’s proposal for modifications to the Consumer Products Regulation. These proposed modifications will include new Volatile Organic Compound emission standards for Paint Thinners, Multi-purpose Solvents, and Double Phase Aerosol Air Fresheners and other regulatory language modifications to the Consumer Products Regulation.
