ARB staff has posted a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit
project proposals to develop and implement an air quality loan
program to assist on-road heavy-duty vehicle fleet owners. The
RFP and related documents may be accessed from the link below.
An applicant workshop will be conducted on Wednesday, April 8,
2009, from 9:30 am to 11:30 am to answer questions regarding the
RFP and potential proposals.  More details on the applicant
workshop are included in the RFP.  If you have questions
