What's New List Serve Post Display

The Air Resources Board has posted a "Notice of Decision Not to
Proceed for the Public Hearing to Consider Amendments to
Regulations and Certification Procedures, and Adoption of Test
Procedures for Gasoline Dispensing Facility Hoses".  

Staff intends to re-evaluate the feasibility of this regulation
by August of 2009 and will likely revise and resubmit the
proposal for Board consideration in late 2009.
