Posted: 09 Apr 2009 16:04:19
Verification of the Johnson Matthey ACCRT System for On-road Applications. The Air Resources Board has verified the Johnson Matthey Advanced Catalyzed Continuously Regenerating Technology (ACCRT) system for select 2002 through 2006 model year heavy-duty diesel engines used in on-road applications. The ACCRT system reduces emissions of diesel particulate matter by at least 85 percent and is designated as a Level 3 Plus system. The primary components of the ACCRT include a diesel oxidation catalyst, a catalyzed diesel particulate filter, a diesel fuel injection system, a nitrogen dioxide decomposition catalyst, and a back pressure monitor. Specific engine families and conditions for which the ACCRT system has been approved may be found in the Executive Order that will be posted within 10 days on the ARB website at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/diesel/verdev/verdev.htm You are receiving this single arbcombo email because you are a subscriber to or have made a public comment to one or more of the following lists: diesel-retrofit, ms-mailings.
